At La Canadienne, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn footwear and accessories. If your items are in their original condition and packaging, you are eligible for a full refund or a seamless exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original shoebox and secure them inside a shipping carton to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
